I'm looking to increase me rof to around 30-35 rps. I have a 11.1v lipo. But what gear ratio and motor would be best? My budget is $120. The motor needs to be short type.

If you're trying to save funds, get SHS high speed 1:16 gears.
The G&P M120 motor is pretty good for speed
For this build, you'll want to use deans to get a slight boost on your rate of fire.
I'd even consider dropping the spring strength if you having anything over a M120 spring in there.
You'll also want to use bearings for speed as well as have a good shim job and a good piston to gear alignment
You'll also want a ported cylinder if you don't already have one.
A mosfet isn't necessary, though many will swear you need it.

I kind of have to ask now, do you have a mag that can feed 30+ rounds per second? Quite a few mags simply cannot and you'll be misfiring like there's no tomorrow.
