Glock 17 on Airsplat

Airsplat has recently got a KSC Glock 18c and 17 in stock. Before buying one, how do I know it's a real KSC glock?

There's no way of knowing without buying. The pic listed is a general airsoft Glock 17/18c pic.
You can call and ask them to confirm it, but that's really about it.
Most stores don't upload their own pics, they use the generic pics that the manufacture takes.

In the US as elsewhere in civilised countries consumers are protected by consumer law. Suppliers are not allowed to tell lies about things. They might be selective about what they say but what they do say must be correct. If they say it is a KWA/KSC then it is.
